- They minimized the risks by sanitizing specific equipment. In addition, all equipment is being examined to spot any possible defects.
- The lockout and tag out the procedure are being implemented on priority on a daily basis.
- In case a defect is spotted, the company will contact the district administration. The equipment will be made available to run their end to end operations ensuring overall security.

GMP and HAACP Protocol – Key Hygiene and Quality Standard
Since IMP is an ISO 22000 certified company. Lots of benefits are getting due to existing system followed since long time.Following the protocols of Good Manufacturing Practices and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, has enabled IMP to maintain better Hygiene and Quality Standards.
GMP Basic Principals–
- The production and distribution of products should minimize every risk
- Manufacturing areas, laboratories, and storage places should always be clean and hygienic.
- Make sure to prevent cross-contamination of labelled or unlabeled materials
- The manufacturing process must be well defined to maintain consistency. In case of any changes, it should be evaluated in terms of safety quality.
- Instructions and procedures should be lucidly articulated
- An effective training program should be conducted explaining the safety protocols
- Maintaining a record is mandatory to ensure that the manufacturing is carried out according to the defined process.
- The process must be controlled for every product lifecycle
- Records should be easily accessible and should track the complete history of a batch
- An inventory should be maintained for recalling any batch
- Complaints about products must be regarded and appropriate measures should be taken to prevent a recurrence
Principles of HACCP
- Conducting a hazard analysis
- Identifying critical control point (CCP)
- Set-up a critical limit (CL)
- Regular monitoring and verification of CCP
- Establishing corrective measures
- Maintaining accurate record
